Appellant William Martin Valuck was tried before a jury and convicted of one count of wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343, two counts of theft of funds valued $5,000 or more in interstate commerce, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314, and one count of money laundering, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956. On appeal, Valuck claims the evidence supporting his conviction under Count Five, the money laundering conviction, is insufficient...
