Plaintiff-appellant Christine Bauernfiend appeals from the April 6, 2001 entry of final judgment in favor of defendants-appellees AOAO Kihei Beach Condominiums (the AOAO) and Thyssen Elevator Company (Thyssen Elevator) [hereinafter, collectively, Defendants], pursuant to the March 27, 2001 order granting the AOAO's motion for summary judgment, in which Thyssen Elevator joined.
