Opinion By Justice O'NEILL.

Appellant John Wayne Billy appeals his conviction for indecency with a child. After finding appellant guilty, the jury assessed punishment at four years' confinement, probated for eight years. In two points of error, appellant contends the trial court erred in (1) denying his motion for instructed verdict and (2) denying his right to representation of counsel.
