I. INTRODUCTION

On January 16, 2001, the plaintiff, Cynthia A. Ebbert ("Ebbert"), filed the above-captioned action against her employer, Daimler-Chrysler Corporation ("Daimler-Chrysler"). In her complaint, she alleges that DaimlerChrysler failed to reasonably accommodate her disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.
