John P. Newton, Jr., Trustee (Trustee), filed the present Complaint on September 12, 2001. Pursuant to 11 U.S.C.A. § 544 (West 1993),1 the Trustee seeks to avoid the lien of Oakwood Acceptance Corporation (Oakwood) encumbering the Debtor's 1998 Oakwood Mobile Home.
