On September 19, 2001, Corey K. Mobley ("Mobley" or the "petitioner") filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. The petitioner was convicted of two counts of robbery in the first degree and two counts of robbery in the second degree on July 26, 1995.
