The plaintiff, Burnett Bartley, Jr. ["Bartley" or "plaintiff"], a resident of St. John, alleges that he is the owner in fee simple of four Interval Units ["time-shares"] at Virgin Grand Villas at the Westin Resort on St. John. Taking the allegations in the complaint as true, Bartley invited Elizabeth Blaize, a black employee of the resort, and her family to stay at one of his timeshares. (See Complaint ¶ 10....
