LEE ANN DAUPHINOT, Justice.

A jury convicted Appellant Reginald Minor Ward of the offense of possession of cocaine in an amount less than one gram. In accordance with a punishment agreement reached between the State and Appellant, the trial court sentenced Appellant to 180 days' confinement in a state jail facility. On appeal, Appellant brings two points arguing that the trial court impermissibly commented on the weight of the evidence in its charge...
