Appellant James Gibson Moore, III was convicted by a jury on two counts of indecency with a child and one count of aggravated sexual assault. Appellant's two daughters, aged thirteen and fifteen at the time of trial, were the victims of these offenses. The jury assessed punishment at ten years for each conviction for indecency with a child, and thirty years for the conviction for aggravated sexual assault...
