The parties to this appeal pay our Court a second visit, following a jury verdict for defendants, who are trustees for a series of indentures. The plaintiffs, holders of those indentures, claim that the trustees failed to exercise their powers prudently to protect the value of the collateral securing the indentures after the debtor filed for bankruptcy. The judgment now on appeal followed on remand from this Court after we vacated the results...
