Kwok Ching Yu appeals a sentence imposed by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Kaplan, J.) after Yu pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to distribute heroin and one count of attempted distribution of heroin, in violation of the federal narcotics laws.
