Approximately one year after the parties' marriage was dissolved, husband sought to terminate his obligation to pay his former wife spousal support. The trial court reduced but did not terminate that obligation. Husband appeals, arguing that spousal support should have been terminated because wife has more income available following her remarriage than was available after their marriage was dissolved.
