Defendant, Marchell Taylor, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of escape from custody, a class three felony. We affirm.

Defendant previously was convicted of a class five felony nonviolent offense. He was granted Intensive Supervision Parole (ISP) in April 1997. In October 1997, a parole officer and defendant reviewed and discussed documents containing both the terms of parole and an advisement...
