EHRLICH, Judge.

¶ 1 Alvera Paxson and her attorney, Stephen L. Cox, appeal a summary judgment granted Robert J. Glovitz by the superior court, thus denying Paxson relief in her action to establish a prescriptive easement over real property owned by Glovitz. The court declared that the easement was a permissive one, and it awarded Glovitz attorneys' fees from Paxson and Cox jointly and severally. We find, however, that a prescriptive easement...
