Per Curiam.

The Grievance Committee served the respondent with a petition, dated February 20, 2001, containing one charge of professional misconduct. The Special Referee sustained the charge after a hearing. The Grievance Committee now moves to confirm the findings of the Special Referee and to impose such discipline upon the respondent as the Court deems just and proper.
