Defendant is charged with one count of Penal Law § 170.20, criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree, and Administrative Code of the City of New York § 14-108 (6), unlawful use or possession of official police cards. Defendant moves to dismiss both charges for facial insufficiency. The motion is denied.
