After a jury trial on its claims for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of contract, Main Street Ventures, L.L.C. ("Main Street") obtained a judgment for $7.367 million in actual damages against Shell Oil Products Company and Shell Marketing Holdings, L.L.C. (collectively "Shell" unless otherwise indicated) and $4.3 million in exemplary damages against Shell Oil Products Company ("Shell Oil"). Shell appeals...
