Plaintiff, Costland Construction, Inc. ("Coastland") brings this claim against Defendant F.O.M. Puerto Rico, S.E. ("F.O.M.") for breach of contract. The parties executed a contract to perform interior work and services during the construction of the Belz Factory Outlet Mall of Canóvanas, Puerto Rico. Defendant terminated the contract for convenience and did not approve or pay Plaintiff's final pay application...
