OPINION

WILSON, Justice.

This is an interlocutory appeal arising from the trial court's denial of the City of Hedwig Village Planning and Zoning Commission (the Commission) and S. Frank White's1 plea to the jurisdiction asserting plaintiffs lacked standing and the issues were moot. We affirm the trial court's denial of the Commission's plea to the jurisdiction.
