Arkansas Oklahoma Gas Corporation appeals the Board of Review's decision that its former employee, Delores Gross, was eligible for unemployment compensation benefits even though she had been made an offer of employment. In awarding benefits, the Board found that the job offered Ms. Gross was unsuitable because accepting it would effectively require her to resign from a labor union. We agree with appellant that the Board's decision is contrary...
