Jon Barreau appeals from a judgment convicting him of first-degree intentional homicide, robbery with use of force, and burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon, each as a party to the crime. He raises three issues: (1) whether the circuit court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on the lesser included offense of first-degree reckless homicide; (2) whether the circuit court erred in admitting other acts evidence that Barreau had committed...
