Per Curiam.

The petitioner served the respondent with a petition dated February 22, 2001, containing four charges of professional misconduct. After a pretrial conference on April 12, 2001, and a hearing on June 26, 2001, Special Referee Pizzuto sustained all four charges. The petitioner now moves to confirm the Special Referee's report and to impose such discipline as the Court deems appropriate...
