Kelly Investment, Inc. ("Kelly") appeals the trial court's order denying Kelly's special appearance. Kelly contends, in sum, that the trial court erred because there are insufficient contacts to support jurisdiction, and the exercise of jurisdiction over Kelly is inconsistent with traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice.
