Defendant's suppression motion was properly denied. Based on the evidence adduced at the hearing, the court properly found that a key case was recovered from defendant pursuant to a search incident to a lawful arrest, and that the police were permitted to open the key case since it had not yet been reduced to their exclusive control (People v Wylie, 244 A.D.2d 247, lv denied 91 N.Y.2d 946
