OPINION

YANEZ, Justice.

By one issue, the State appeals the trial court's order granting appellee, David Williams, a new trial. We affirm.

Appellee pled not guilty to three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.1 The jury found him guilty of count one, and found him guilty of the lesser included offense, indecency with a child, in counts two and three.2 The jury imposed punishment...
