HOUGHTON, J.

Eustace Jennings appeals his conviction of five counts of first degree robbery and one count of second degree robbery. He argues that he was unconstitutionally restrained at trial and that the jury was instructed erroneously on the definition of display of a weapon. He also appeals his sentence of life without parole as a persistent offender, arguing that one of his prior convictions was not a "strike" for purposes of the Persistent Offender Accountability...
