Plaintiff Harold Jetter ("Jetter" or "plaintiff") brings this action for age discrimination against his former employer, the Knothe Corporation ("Knothe"), and several of its officers (collectively, "defendants"). Jetter alleges that he was terminated by Knothe in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), see 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq., the New York State Human Rights Law,
