The defendant, Kevin J. Wickes, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of attempt to commit larceny in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-49 and 53a-122, and attempt to commit insurance fraud in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-49 and 53a-215. The sole issue on appeal is whether certain remarks made by the prosecutor in his closing and rebuttal arguments...
