A jury convicted the defendant, Francis Pelosi, of two counts of rape of a child and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of fourteen. The defendant appeals, claiming that the motion judge erred in denying his request for the children's counseling records, that the prosecutor's closing argument requires reversal, and that the jury instructions on fresh complaint were erroneous.
