Appellees have filed a motion to dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction and seek $5,500 in attorney's fees for having to defend a frivolous appeal. On October 30, 2002, we ordered appellant to show cause within fifteen days why this appeal should not be dismissed. We grant appellees' motion to dismiss, but deny their request for sanctions.
