Plaintiff, injured in an automobile accident, commenced an action in Queens County against the owner and driver of the car in which he was a passenger, and in New York County against the hospital where he was given emergency room treatment. It appears that plaintiff was permitted to file a note of issue in the New York County action even though he had not provided expert disclosure, and that he was precluded from offering expert evidence at trial at a pretrial conference...
