Appellant, Manuel V. Aguero (Aguero), brings this appeal following the trial court's judgment in favor of appellees, Juan M. and Susana Ramirez (Ramirez). By one issue, Aguero asks us to determine whether the four-year statute of limitations, set out in section 16.035 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, or the six-year statute of limitations, set out in section 3.118 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code...
