¶ 1 The Plaintiffs, Donald and Mary Jo Schuff, brought this action in the District Court for the Eighth Judicial District in Cascade County to recover damages from the Defendant, Robert L. Jackson, based on his alleged negligent operation of a boat in which Schuffs were passengers. They alleged that they were injured as a result of Jackson's negligence.
