This employment discrimination action is brought against The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the "Authority") and a number of its employees pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended,1 and 42 U.S.C. § 1981. The individual defendants2 are sued also under the New York State Human Rights Law ("NYSHRL")
