¶ 1 On February 11, 1993, Defendant, Jodi Gordon was involved in a multi-car accident in which her son, Joshua, was injured. At the time of the accident Jodi Gordon was driving her Geo Metro, which was insured by Farmers Insurance Company. Jodi Gordon and her husband, Michael Gordon, were the insureds on the policy, as well as on an identical policy on a Volkswagen the Gordons...
