RULING ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

DRONEY, District Judge.

The plaintiff, Myrna J. Tucker, as Executrix of the estate of Alan Tucker, brings this action against the defendant, the Darien Board of Education, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging deprivation of a constitutional right arising out the a denial of a medical insurance claim. The plaintiff also asserts various related Connecticut state law causes of action.
