COCHRAN, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, joined by MEYERS, PRICE, WOMACK, JOHNSON and HOLCOMB, JJ.

We granted review in this case to determine whether the court of appeals erred when it held that a seventeen-minute video montage of photographs depicting the murder victim's life, set to music from the movie Titanic, was admissible victim-character evidence.1
