Mr. Eugster alleged violations of the Open Public Meetings Act, (OPMA) chapter 42.30 RCW, entitling him to attorney fees, equitable relief and declaratory judgment. Before dismissal, Mr. Eugster unsuccessfully sought disqualification of the defendants...
