Louis Thornton appeals a judgment of conviction for robbery and forgery, and an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. He claims he was denied his constitutional right to postconviction/appellate counsel in this, his "matter of right" postconviction proceedings and appeal. We conclude, however, that the record establishes that he knowingly and voluntarily waived his right to postconviction...
