{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Elmer C. Doran, appeals the decision of the trial court granting the motions of defendant-appellee, Northmont Board of Education, to dismiss and for summary judgment. The motion to dismiss was granted on all of Doran's claims that arose on or before July 28, 1998, because those claims would be barred by the applicable statute of limitations.
