Appellant, Harris County Children's Protective Services (CPS), appeals an order, rendered on remand, which awarded the following attorneys' fees to be taxed as costs: $17,554.00 plus interest at the rate of 10 percent from March 1, 2000; $5,000 if CPS appealed the order to the court of appeals; $5,000 if CPS appealed to the supreme court; and $5,000 if a mandamus were required to collect the fees.
