STATE of Washington, Appellant, v. Ronald Steven LAW, Respondent.

Court of Appeals of Washington, Division 3, Panel Eight.

January 17, 2002.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Frank W. Jenny, II, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Pasco, for Appellant.

Robert J. Thompson, Pasco, for Respondent.
