The district court found that there was a valid and enforceable Rule 11 agreement by which appellants Alfred and Sandra Daves (together "the Daveses") agreed to settle their claims against appellee Scott Roeglin ("Roeglin") for injuries suffered by Alfred Daves in an automobile collision, in exchange for payment by Roeglin's liability insurance carrier of its policy limits.
