Walgreen Company and its insurer, American Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to together as American) appeal from a circuit court order affirming a decision of the Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC). LIRC found that Ann Hernandez, a Walgreens' employee, suffered injuries compensable under the worker's compensation statutes.
