The defendants, Michael P. Healey and Henry F. Healey, Jr., appeal from the judgment of the trial court modifying the prior judgment that confirmed an arbitration award and awarding the plaintiff $3800. The defendants claim that the court improperly modified the judgment by ordering them to pay $3800 where the arbitration award provided for an award of either $1000 or $5000 and where the parties further had stipulated in their submission...
