HERVEY, J., delivered the opinion of the Court in which KELLER, P.J., MEYERS, WOMACK, KEASLER, HOLCOMB and COCHRAN, JJ., joined.

The appellant plead guilty to misdemeanor assault and was sentenced to 365 days confinement and a $4,000.00 fine by the trial court, and was later placed on community supervision. On the State's motion, the trial court revoked the appellant's community supervision...
