{¶ 1} T.E. Clarke Ford, Inc. ("Clarke") has appealed from a judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas ordering Clarke to produce, under a protective order, certain documents to Montrose Ford, Inc. ("Montrose"). This court affirms.
