Daniel G. and Joan E. Paulin appeal from a summary judgment in favor of Gerald F. and Carol Ann Weiland. The Paulins purchased a lot in a subdivision developed by the Weilands. The Weilands commenced this action against the Paulins for erecting a manufactured structure on their lot in violation of the Declaration of Restrictions governing the subdivision.
