Brockton Hospital petitions for review of a Decision and Order of the National Labor Relations Board holding that the Hospital violated § 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), by preventing the Massachusetts Nurses Association (the Union) from distributing literature to its members at entrances to the Hospital, maintaining overbroad solicitation...
