A jury found Leiton L. Zunker guilty of one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and one count of manufacturing methamphetamine. Mr. Zunker challenges the sufficiency of the evidence of intent to deliver on the grounds that the quantity of methamphetamine he possessed—two grams—was not enough to deliver.
